Feeding the Birds

At the zoo you could purchase nectar to feed the Lorikeets. Dave and Arden went in carrying the nectar. I'm not sure if it was because Dave is 6'4 or that Arden is so sweet but they had about 6 birds flock to them and land on each of them.

Arden did a great job. She was a little shy after the bird landed on her head but over all watched closely as they feed the birds the nectar.


The pictures aren't the best because I was outside of the cage with Thomas but it was probably one of our favorite moments of the trip.
