Top Ten List

Our friends Bonnie and Robert from our small group are expecting a little bundle of joy sometime in the next two weeks. A few weeks ago Robert put together a list of things that he has learned during their pregnancy that he shared with the group. Here are my favorites from his list.

10. Best Buy does not have a registry system for baby showers...oddly enough neither does Circuit City.

9. Baby's have to be old enough "walk" before they can help with the lawn and the same applies to plyometrics.

8. Men don't get epidurals

7. In the hospital they have baby warmers and they are not to be used for your pizza or pop tarts.

6. Cooperate America has no interest in buying the rights to name your baby.

5. It's a little tricky getting a baby seat on a motorcycle.

4. They won't let you cut the umbilical cord with a "ninja sword"....they are pretty serious about this rule.

3. There are exactly 32 different ways to install a car seat...only 1 is correct

2. It is physically impossible for the wife to digest the baby.

1. Postpartum is for newborns which should not be confused with postmortem which refers to dead people.
