Arden is such a Daddy's girl and I love it. Last night one of my friends came over to hang out with us a little while. Dave had an after work function and wasn't here with us. Throughout the night she kept pointing to the door and telling Laura "Daddy". She knows that Daddy comes home through the door. She was anxiously awaiting for his arrival. She loves him and knew he would be home and wanted our friend to know to expect her Daddy to come through the door any minute.
Isn't that how we should be with Christ? Anxiously awaiting his arrival knowing that he will be coming home to us while telling everyone how much we love him.
